Is the platform free to use?
Yes — for customers, everything is free. Browsing listings, reading reviews, getting quotes from service providers, saving favorites — all free, forever.
Business owners can also list for free. Paid plans unlock extra features (pricing on services, custom photos, sponsored placements, multi-location), but a free business listing always remains visible.
Which cities are you in?
We started in a few key cities across the Arab world and the Arab diaspora, and add new cities as the community in each grows large enough to support quality coverage. Check the home page to see your current city — if we’re not there yet, send us a note and you’ll be on the waitlist.
How do you decide what gets featured?
Featured listings are picked by our editors — never by an algorithm. They look at consistency of reviews, time-in-business, what locals are saying off-platform, and whether the place delivers on what it promises. Sponsored placements are clearly marked and never mix into the editorial picks.
What do you do with my data?
Read the Privacy Policy for the full version. Short version: we use your data to make the product work and to send you the things you asked for. We don’t sell your data to third parties. We don’t share your contact info with businesses unless you explicitly request a quote from them.
